Latest Oil Painting

I created this painting for a commision.
It was originally "A frog" and then was changed to "can you do a train and a frog in the same painting?"
So this is what I came up with.
I hope they liked it. I think it was a success.
Its Oil on Canvas 16in x 20in.

that is a clever way of doing a frog and a train!

This is just amazing! I thought it was a photograph at first, and it just shows how beautiful and realistic the painting is. Love those frogs, and love the mechanical bits even more! Thanks for following =)

It certainly is a success, the middle frog looks worried!

Haven't seen your blog in ages! Found it by going all the way back to '06 on another blog, a person who was active with the yahoo EDM group and saw one of your comments there. Absolutely love this painting! The frogs, I know, are your passion, but i LOVE that wheel with all its parts, even the cotter pins!!! Just wanted to say hi, and thank you again for your comments on my novel, "Sofie, the Queen of Oakland." Do you remember?
